In addition to a 2-D floor plan, we always recommend a 3-D floor plan because of the way it facilitates the construction process. Generally, projects which utilize a 3-D construction plan usually have a higher percentage of accuracy compared to projects with just a conventional 2-D plan.

What's a 3-D house plan?

Also known as a three-dimensional house plan, is a representation of a building or residential structure that includes three dimensions: length, width, and height. Unlike traditional 2D floor plans that only show the layout and dimensions of rooms and spaces from a top-down perspective, a 3D house plan provides a more realistic and immersive visualization of how the building will look in three dimensions.

In a 3D house plan, you can see the spatial relationships between rooms, furniture, fixtures, and architectural elements from various angles. This allows you to better understand the overall design, flow, and aesthetics of the house. It provides a clearer sense of the scale and proportions of different spaces, making it easier to envision the final result and make informed decisions about design, layout, and interior decor.
